TFS serves grades 4-12 (Co-ed), with a total enrollment of 544 students. 346 are Upper School students and 198 are Middle School students. Tallulah Falls has a 55-person academic staff, and an average class size of 13. The boarding population stands at 119 with 425 day students. The international population is 88, representing 28 different countries.

Each day emphasis is placed on academic success, extracurricular activities, leadership skills, and civic duties.
