TFS qualifies for state championships in ten events
The Tallulah Falls School Track & Field teams were featured in 18 events at the state sectionals on Saturday, with the top eight in each event qualifying for the GHSA State Championships.
In all, TFS qualified for the state championships in 10 events, which includes five relay groups. Macy Murdock put up an elite time in the 300 meter hurdles, with a 46.23. She qualified in both hurdle events. Julianne Shirley also qualified in two events, and Sam Ketch is the lone single representative for the boys.
