"Proud of the team on their first region win of the season and another clean sheet," says coach Jeremy Stille. "We started off slow and had a difficult time passing but eventually the boys were able to link up and play quick passes through Commerce’s low block. We switched the ball well and had good crosses that were able to disrupt their defense and allow us quality shots on target. Physical play caused the game to slow down a good bit in the second half but we accomplished our objective and start region play with a win and a crucial shutout."
The Indians are now 4-0 to start the season.
