#5-ranked Lady Indians take first region loss at Rabun

Playing short a few starters, #5-ranked Tallulah Falls dropped a 2-1 road match at Rabun County, suffering their first region defeat.

The loss ended a 4-game win streak for TFS. Jenna Chesser scored the lone goal in the first half off an assist from LB Kafsky. Rabun had taken a 1-0 lead just a few minutes prior.

"We were out multiple starters today and the underclassmen really showed out and let us have a preview of the bright future ahead of us," adds coach Erin Jimenez.

The girls put 16 shots on goal, and Kyndal Anderson recorded six saves. The Lady Indians are now 5-3 overall and 4-1 in region play.
