Lady Indians 7th, Indians 9th at Gwinnett Open

TFS golf traveled to Dacula for the Gwinnett Open. The Lady Indians finished 7th out of 14 teams, while the Indians came in 9th out of 14.

The girls were just two points shy of 5th place in the Stableford format. Mallory Higgins cared an 84, coming in 8th individually. Raegan Duncan (92) was 25th, Madeline Martin (96) 32nd. Lily Turpin (108) played in her first 18-hole tournament.

The boys were a single point from coming in 8th. Will Greene had an 86 to finish 31st. Ryder Cantrell (89) was 40th, Tate Turpin (90) was 44th, Rylee Smith (92) 49th, and Jack Thomson (92) 50th. 

The Stableford format earns a team one point for bogey, two for par, four for a birdie, and six for an eagle.
