JV Indians win streak reaches nine

The JV baseball team won its ninth straight game in a 5-3 final at home Wednesday.

TFS led 2-1 after one before West Hall tied it in the second. Dylan Brooks had a go-ahead RBI single in the home half. The see-saw battle continued when the Spartans knotted the game at 3-3 in the fourth. 

Wyatt Franks had the eventual game-winning hit that scored Justin Miller. The duo had two hits apiece. 

Franks earned the victory by going three innings in relief while striking out four. Robert Grant locked it up with a two-inning save with three strikeouts.
