TFS names middle school Students of the Month for October
Middle school teachers at Tallulah Falls School have named Students of the Month for October in all grades as follows:
Fifth grade – Praythan Poole
Fifth-grade teachers have selected Praythan Poole of Bowersville as the Student of the Month for October.
Praythan was chosen because he always comes to class with a smile on his face. He has a very kind attitude and is very selfless. He always gives his best efforts. We are proud of Praythan!

Sixth Grade – Mylah McGugan
Sixth-grade teachers have selected Mylah McGugan of Clarkesville as the Student of the Month for October.
Mylah exudes a positive attitude that is absolutely contagious. She exhibits a positive outlook and attitude in the classroom. She is courteous and shows remarkable manners in the classroom, not only to her teachers but also to her peers. Mylah sets an example of excellence in behavior and cooperation. We feel extremely blessed to teach such a remarkable young lady! She’s also a member of the TFS MS Cheer Squad/Team.

Seventh Grade – Steven Jackson
Seventh-grade teachers have selected Steven Jackson of Clayton as the Student of the Month for October.
Qualities that come to mind when thinking about Steven include determination, resiliency, and dependability. He puts in extra effort especially when the going gets tough and is always purpose-driven and committed to reaching his goals both academically and athletically. And he does this consistently with optimism and a sense of humor. Steven has participated in middle school soccer, swim, and cross country, and we are so proud to honor him with Student of the Month!

Eighth Grade – Elijah Hornsby
Eighth-grade teachers have selected Elijah Hornsby of Cornelia as the Student of the Month in October.
Eli is an outstanding student with an impeccable work ethic who is well mannered and friendly.
He contributes well to any group effort and shows respect to everyone, especially through his words.
