TFS battles cold in GAC Invitational, as multiple athletes set personal bests

 
 

Tallulah Falls competed Saturday at Greater Atlanta Christian in the GAC Invitational. Battling the cold temps, the Indians placed 9th as a team and the Lady Indians 11th.

Of the notable highlights for TFS in the meet, Sam Ketch won the discus event. Molly Mitchell ran a 4-second PR and one shy of the school record in the 800, placing 6th. Tyler Brown had his best meet to date, Meredith Orr set two PRs, and Jace Ibemere was second in the Triple Jump. Nnamdi Ezunu and Nana Amankwah had stellar PRs in the 200, and CJ Augustin was second in the 110 Meter Hurdles.
