Sarah Jennings, Canon Brooks named Dooley Award Nominees

The 16th Annual Athletes for a Better World Dooley Award Nominees were announced, and both Sarah Jennings and Canon Brooks earned distinction as nominees.

Only 240 student-athletes state-wide were among the nominees, and 10 boys and 10 girls were named finalists.

Jennings had an outstanding 2022 volleyball season that culminated with the school's first-ever State Championship, and she set several single-season, single-match, and career records for the Lady Indians.

Brooks has had a solid senior season in golf, setting personal-bests and becoming to date a 2-time low medalist for the Indians. He also competed in cross country in the fall.
