TFS wins opener against North Forsyth

The Precision Rifle team opened the 2023-24 season with a big win over visiting North Forsyth. TFS won 1149-1024, with senior Brianna Walter shooting a school record of 295 in her debut.

Walter's 295-21x was a 3x10 personal best for her, qualified her for the state championships as an individual, and set the school's record. She also set a range record with a perfect kneeling score (100-10x).

Walter was followed by junior Leah Rogers' 288-15x, senior Joseph McGahee's 288-14x, senior Marc Crotta's 278-11x, and junior Kylee Loudermilk's 277-8x.

TFS is 1-0 to start the season, and returns to action on November 15.
