JV girls grab second win in as many nights

For a second straight night, the JV Lady Indians earned a win. This time it was a huge second half that propelled them to a 44-24 win over Athens Academy on Saturday at home.

TFS was up 13-4 after the first, but Athens Academy got within 20-16 by the break. A 15-2 run that spanned the entire third quarter put the game out of reach, as Tallulah Falls cruised from there.

Marian Nino had 20 points, while Lia Sanjur had 16. LB Kafsky had five, Carla Guil two, and Joanna Molodynska had one. The JV girls are 3-1 overall.
