Third quarter comeback leads TFS to win over Athens Academy

The Lady Indians are back above .500 with a second win in 24 hours, this time a 40-33 Saturday at home against Athens Academy. It took a third-quarter comeback, as TFS outscored the visitors 16-5 to go ahead.

Breelyn Wood scored 14 points while notching seven rebounds to lead the girls, while Molly Mitchell finished with 10 points. Allie Phasavang had eight points and seven boards, Millie Holcomb had six points and six rebounds, and Haygen James closed with two points and six rebounds.

The Lady Indians advance to 4-3 overall on the season.
