TFS Announces Middle School Students of the Month for March 2024

Middle school teachers at Tallulah Falls School have named Students of the Month for March as follows: 

Sixth-grade teachers have selected Kourtney Hunter of Clarkesville as sixth-grade Student of the Month for March. Kourtney constantly shows excellence in academics and character. She has a positive attitude and is always eager to help others on and off the basketball court. Kourtney is a great role model to her peers. 

Seventh-grade teachers have selected Elijah Pinney of Toccoa as seventh-grade Student of the Month for March. Elijah shows determination, dependability, and consistency. He is pleasant to be around, works well with others, and respects his peers and teachers. He shows integrity and always works up to his full potential. As a member of the soccer team, Elijah is a dedicated player with a positive attitude.  

Eighth-grade teachers have selected Derartu Kohler of Demorest as eighth-grade Student of the Month for March. Derartu strives for excellence in everything she does. She has shown this excellence in many areas, including the swim team, drama productions, and academic work. She has integrity and persistence, and her confident, quiet leadership impacts whatever group she works with.
