Indians claim runner-up spot in Thanksgiving Tournament after loss to TL Hanna

The #5-ranked Indians dropped a 75-48 final to out-of-state TL Hanna in the Jackson EMC Thanksgiving Tournament at Jefferson.

TL Hanna got out to a 13-2 start from the opening tip, and outscored TFS 22-11 through the first. It was 43-15 at the half. Diego Crotta connected on four 3-pointers in the third, though TL Hanna continued to pad the lead at 61-32 heading into the final stanza. Crotta hit another tri-fecta in the fourth for his fifth of the game.

Crotta finished with a team-high 17 points and Hanna had 13. Lincoln Hall had eight, Zakhar Valasiuk four, and two each for Joey Lamm, Teryk Tilley, and Krystian Jankiewicz.

Hanna and Vlad Popescu were named to the All-Tournament team. The Indians move to 3-1 on the season.
