Tennis ends regular season with boys win, girls loss
The MS tennis teams ended the regular season on Tuesday afternoon at Banks County, with the Indians taking a 5-0 win and the girls losing 4-1. The boys were flawless, winning every line 8-0.
"I'm really proud of the regular season we've had," says coach Anthony Cox. "The boys finished on a very strong note not dropping a game today. Even though the girls lost, we saw a great comeback by our 2-doubles squad and a great performance by Catherine Harris almost pulling out a victory."
The Indians are 9-1 overall and 5-0 in league play, while the girls are 1-9 and 1-4.
